On March 17, 2023, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of onoff AG received shareholders for the first time at the premises of SpiraTec AG in Speyer. The comments by the sole member of the Management Board, Dr. Uwe Ganzer, on the past short fiscal year from January 1 to September 30, 2022, and the outlook for the current fiscal year 2022/2023 were followed by a discussion with the shareholders present.
