Even in times of Corona, onoff AG participates in career fairs in order to enter into close exchange with professionals of the next generation.
Accordingly, the career fair of the University of Magdeburg took place digitally for the first time this year. The onoff AG was represented there, alongside 49 other companies, with a stand over two days. The stand contained numerous interactive elements, such as a video, a download area with informational material and job advertisements or links that led directly to our website. Through our live chat, visitors had the opportunity to ask questions directly.
This led to interesting conversations, which often resulted in an application. With more than 150 visitors and over 30 conversations at our stand, this digital event was a good success for us! “Holding the fair digitally offers a new alternative to face-to-face events and we will be happy to use it in the future as well,” concludes sole chairman Dr. Uwe Ganzer.
