Following the merger of onoff GmbH and onoff engineering gmbh with SpiraTec AG, onoff it-solutions gmbh has now also been fully merged into SpiraTec AG. The entry in the commercial register was made on June 28, 2024.
With this final step of the merger, all employees of the former onoff it-solutions gmbh now belong to SpiraTec AG and will be assigned to the Industrial IT Solutions division in the future. Vice President Michael Henter is the contact person for all questions relating to the industrial IT division.
onoff automation services gmbh, which focuses on switchgear construction and assembly, remains unaffected by these changes and will continue to operate on the market as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpiraTec AG.
In recent years, the companies have already grown ever closer together both organizationally and within the projects. One of SpiraTec’s main strategic objectives is the holistic approach of its services – this will be consistently implemented with the merger. The existing and newly acquired technological expertise can now be offered from a single source and with a broader regional presence. The SpiraTec Group currently employs more than 600 people at over 40 locations in Germany, Austria, Italy, France and the USA.
