Following the merger of onoff GmbH into SpiraTec AG, onoff engineering gmbh was also fully merged into SpiraTec AG. The entry in the commercial register was made on May 29, 2024.
With this step of the merger, all employees of the former onoff engineering gmbh now belong to SpiraTec AG and will be assigned to the Industrial Automation Solutions division in the future. The two Vice Presidents Heiko Kröber (North-West and North-East regions) and Christian Reinthaler (South-West, South-East, Italy, Austria and USA regions) are the contact persons for questions relating to the Industrial Automation Solutions division.
In the further course, the company onoff it-solutions gmbh will also merge with SpiraTec AG. We will inform you accordingly.
onoff automation services gmbh, which focuses on switchgear construction and assembly, will remain unaffected by these changes and will continue to operate on the market as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpiraTec AG.
